Compliance and Research Services (C.A.R.S.) is an EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) recognized emissions testing facility. We have the capability to test your Car, Truck, Motorcycle, Scooter, Engine, or research fuel. We can also assist people importing vehicles into the United States for both certification and personal use. The vehicles can be tested both on a dynamometer (dyno) and on road use. We also have the capability to perform some DOT (department of transportation) aka NHTSA (National highway and transportation safety administration) testing for product certification. In addition, we have the ability to perform device and product evaluation for fuel economy and emissions benefit. We work closely with the EPA and can help private inventors as well as the corporate sector get their products certified for use within the United States. We also have the capability to run your test program on alternative fuels such as natural gas, biodiesel, or ethanol as well as gasoline, indolene, or diesel.
